Velma (Robot Sidekick)

Velma is Valentina Venezetti's robot sidekick and honestly one of the most reliable characters in the series. While Pat's stumbling around confused and Matthew's getting dragged into chaos, Velma's just out here actually being competent. Shes Valentina's partner in crime (well, in hero work) and helps manage portal-jumping operations and keep tabs on threats.

Ngl, Velma doesn't get a ton of screentime compared to the main trio, but thats kinda by design?? She's more in the background supporting Valentina's work against Kasey and eventually helping deal with Mark Heffley's StarGazer situation. Shes the tech-savvy one of that duo — while Valentina brings the portal abilities and the strategy, Velma's handling the logistics and monitoring stuff.

One thing about Velma is that shes way more composed than literally anyone else in this show. No anxiety like Sarah, no boredom-rage like Matthew, no clueless confusion like Pat. Just a robot doing her job to protect Montreal from getting completely destroyed. By the end of Phase 1 she's still standing, still functional, still ready for whatever Phase 2 throws at the world.

Fans rly appreciate her dynamic with Valentina tbh — theres something cool about how they work together without all the emotional baggage the main trio has. Thats not a bad thing obviously (their trauma makes the story better) but Velma and Valentina's partnership is just... steady. Professional.
