Phase 2 Theory: The Interdimensional Being's Warning

Okay so like, Phase 1 ended with that massive warning from the Interdimensional Being in Ep4, and honestly? It's gotta be setting up something huge for Phase 2. The Being showed up outta nowhere during the final fight and basically told our trio "hey ur not done yet" before vanishing. Ngl we're all losing it waiting for answers.

Most fans think the warning points to Kasey and Valentina becoming way more important. Like, Kasey's still trapped in Theaneb and obsessed with the pocketwatch—what if Phase 2 is about her escaping? And Valentina's been kinda sidelined protecting the world from the shadows. Maybe she'll actually team up with the trio instead of working solo. That portal-jumping ability is too cool to not matter more.

Theres also the Mark Heffley angle. He wanted recognition so bad he almost destroyed Montreal, but he's still out there somewhere. Some people think hes gonna come back way worse in Phase 2, or maybe even recruit Kasey from Theaneb. That would be terrifying tbh.

The real wildcard is whether Matthew stays dead. Like, we all know his death was the emotional cost, but time travel exists in this universe (the pocketwatch, duh). Some fans think Phase 2 might explore that, though others say bringing him back would cheapen his sacrifice. Idk, we'll just have to wait and see what creator actually does with it. The Interdimensional Being definitely knows something we don't.
