Velma (Robot Sidekick)

ok so Velma is basically Valentina's robot sidekick and honestly shes kind of the unsung hero? like shes not one of the main three but she matters way more than people give her credit for. whenever somethings actually going wrong, shes there and shes competent, which is the opposite of what Pat does lol.

what i love about Velma is how different she is from Pat. Pat just stumbles into everything with no idea whats happening, but Velma was literally MADE for this. shes part of Valentina's actual plan to stop threats, whereas Pat and his friends are just teenagers who got dragged into something way bigger than them.

Velma doesnt really have her own character arc in Phase 1, but i think thats the point? shes there to show that other people are actually actively trying to keep Montreal safe. the show couldve made Valentina a solo hero, but instead she has Velma as an actual partner. its a small detail but it matters.

after Phase 1 ends, Velma's still out there with Valentina. the fanbase is lowkey losing it wondering if shell show up more in Phase 2 or if things escalate. her being in the show makes you wonder what other resources and allies are out there that Pat's group has NO idea about yet.
